By booking a tour with Ujwal International Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking and Confirmation

• • All bookings must be made through our official website, phone, or authorized representatives.
  • A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • Full payment must be completed before the travel date as per the package guidelines.

2. Flight-Based Travel Policy

All our tour packages include only flight transportation.

• • We do not provide bus or train travel under any circumstances.
  • Flight timings and availability are subject to airline schedules.
  • Any delays or cancellations by airlines are beyond our control.

3. Pricing and Payments

• • Prices are subject to change based on flight fares, hotel availability, and seasonal demand.
  • Payments can be made via secure online methods or bank transfer.
  • Additional charges may apply for last-minute bookings or special requests.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be informed in writing.

• • Cancellation charges apply depending on the time of cancellation:
    
    • 30+ days before travel: Partial refund
    • 15–30 days: 50% cancellation charges
    • Less than 15 days: No refund
  • Flight tickets once booked may be non-refundable or partially refundable as per airline policy.

5. Changes and Rescheduling

• • Changes to travel dates or packages are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for rescheduling flights or hotels.
  • Last-minute changes may not be guaranteed.

6. Passport, Visa & Documentation

• Travelers are expected to be in good physical condition to participate in the tour.

• Elderly or medically unfit participants should consult their doctor before traveling.

• The company will not be liable for any medical emergencies or injuries that occur during the journey.

7. Accommodation and Services

Hotels are provided as per the selected package category.

• • In case of unavailability, similar standard hotels will be arranged.
  • Meals and services included will be clearly mentioned in the package.

8.Responsibilities of Travelers

              Travelers must follow local laws and regulations of the destination.

• • Any damage caused to property or services will be the traveler’s responsibility.
  • Travelers must arrive at the airport on time for flights.

9. Health and Safety

• Travelers should ensure they are medically fit for travel.
• Any health issues must be informed in advance.
• Travel insurance is recommended but not mandatory.
