Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ujwal International Holidays, we aim to provide transparent and customer-friendly policies for all air travel bookings. Please read the following carefully before making a reservation.

1. Cancellation Policy
  • All flight ticket cancellations are subject to the respective airline’s rules and regulations.
  • Cancellation requests must be made through our official communication channels (email or customer support).
  • Cancellation charges may vary depending on:
    • Airline policies
    • Time of cancellation (before/after departure)
    • Fare type (refundable / non-refundable tickets)
2. Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be processed only after receiving confirmation from the airline.
  • The refundable amount depends on:
    • Airline cancellation charges
    • Service fees charged by Ujwal International Holidays
  • Non-refundable tickets will not be eligible for any refund, except applicable government taxes (if allowed by airline).
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–15 working days after approval.
3. Service Charges
  • A service fee may be applied by Ujwal International Holidays for:
    • Booking cancellations
    • Date changes
    • Name corrections (if permitted by airline)
  • These charges are non-refundable.
4. Rescheduling / Date Change
  • Flight rescheduling is subject to airline policies and seat availability.
  • Fare differences and applicable airline charges must be borne by the customer.
  • Additional service charges may apply.
5. No Show Policy
  • If the passenger fails to check in or board the flight (“No Show”), no refund will be provided unless allowed by the airline.
6. Special Conditions
  • In case of flight cancellation or delay by the airline:
    • Refund or rescheduling will be handled as per airline policies
  • For medical emergencies or exceptional cases:
    • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to airline approval
